The grand suite was incredible, the hotel was beautiful, lovely and quiet but could go to the art hotel over the road for a more upbeat daytime vibe. 10/10 even went to the sister hotels to use facilities in Playa denbossa. We used the car park for free

The overall styling of the hotel was very nice.

We left this holiday feeling extremely disappointed. From the very beginning, the experience was not what we expected or what we paid for. We were shocked to be hit with an unexpected €300 extra charge by staff, which was never clearly explained. When we tried to question it, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. Most of the staff we encountered were rude and unprofessional, which really set the wrong tone for the trip. The only positive was one lovely lady working around the pool, who was polite and kind — but sadly she was the exception. From day two onwards, there were no sunbeds available. Guests were left to wander around the pool area with nowhere to sit or relax. For a resort that sells itself as a place to unwind, this was unacceptable. It created tension every morning and meant we couldn’t properly enjoy our time by the pool at all. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. The lack of organisation, poor customer service, and hidden charges ruined what should have been a special break. We will not be returning, and I would urge others to think carefully before booking here.
