Was close to the airport

Room was hot and smelt when entered, bed was hard and springy and no additional warm bedding provided

The staff went above and beyond to help us with shuttle service, etc. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. The shuttle service was handy. I would stay here again.

The location seemed a little scary because it was surrounded by a tall chain link fence.

Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But the best part was the helpful and accommodating staff. They gave clear directions and served each customer graciously. Also, the shuttle to and from the airport was easy to use and took away the stress of navigating in a new location. We stayed here the night before starting a long road trip and when we returned to catch a plane the next morning. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The location can be a little tricky to get to. We had a rental car in the beginning. When coming from the airport, we had to drive past it and make a u-turn to get back to it. That was a little tricky to navigate at 11:30 at night. However, once you have done it, it is no longer a problem. Additionally , the property has a tall chain link fence around it, which made me question the safety of the area and initially gave off negative vibes. I didn’t do any research bc I already had reservations and knew I was staying. Once inside, I had no unease.

Wonderful staff, great location for SEATAC, walking distance to a park. Facility is clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable.
