Exceptional stay – truly outstanding hospitality I had a wonderful stay and can honestly give five stars without hesitation. What impressed me the most was the communication. From the very first contact until the very last moment of my stay, every question was answered immediately and with genuine kindness. Even though I arrived late in the evening, everything was perfectly arranged and I felt expected and welcome. The atmosphere is not just professional – it is warm and personal. I truly felt more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. There is a rare, almost family-like feeling here that makes a big difference after a long day. Thank you for the care, responsiveness, and the heartfelt hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Очень приятный отель. Прекрасная коммуникация и сотрудники ресепшен. Отличная ванная комната, удобная кровать. Есть крыша, где обустроено пространство для отдыха. Великолепное кафе на 1 этаже того же здания, где приятно начать день

Good communication from the hotel, easy check-in. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
