Top floor lounge has so much potential! Too bad the hot tubs are covered up and the staff doesn’t keep it clean. Great location, great price for a place on the beach. Responsive employees.

Creepy halls, unfinished areas, ceilings and trim missing, few breakfast options with inconsistent hours and one morning the coffee maker wasn’t working all morning.

"Неожиданно высокий для Израиля уровень сервиса"

Я брала отдельный номер и боялась, что это будет хостел-стайл. Но нет. Это был очень приличный номер уровня 3+ - 4 звезд (в зависимости от страны). Кондиционер работал (сейчас в Израиле холодно, и нужен был обогрев); вода была нагретой (не надо было ждать нагрева). Кофемашина, вода, чай... Кстати, в лобби - еще одна кофемашина, уже с разными вариантами кофе, и всё бесплатно. Играет приятная музыка. В том же здании находится кафе, где можно со скидкой от отеля позавтракать. Всё новое, чистое. В моем номере еще были журналы по искусству :) Я бы назвала это "московский уровень сервиса" - то есть всё продумано до деталей; ремонт стильный и аккуратный; user-friendly пользование как своей комнатой, так и общей зоной. Совсем не похоже на Израиль :) Персонал максимально приятный и доброжелательный.

Posizione abbastanza comoda, vicina alla stazione della metro e a varie fermate degli autobus. Personale molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Camera pulita, zona abbastanza tranquilla per essere il centro di Tel Aviv.
