JMChris was very pleasant. The check in process was smooth.

JMI loved the view and the outside pool area was very relaxing.
CAI did not stay longer than 10min. I got sick from the strong chemicals used to cover dust, wetness and moldy smell. I was symptomatic after 5min. I visited 2 rooms and none was accommodating. I ask for a refund immediately as advertisement is misleading and inaccurate but both hotlel.com and big apple denied me a refund. Terrible service on big sides. Also they said I request honeymoon sweet and that was inaccurate.

Everything. The dirty BED sheets. Bathroom with the detachable sink! No power shower! No toilet products! BED BUGS!!!
Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.
If this is the only hotel you can afford do not even book a trip to Jamaica
