This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sonder The Gallier in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This property is located in a busy city area and guests may experience noise. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. There are no windows in the Three-Bedroom Apartment or the Four-Bedroom Apartment.

"Issues with access on first day. Convenient location to Mardi Gras and Canal St."

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good size. It's a block from Bourbon Street and made it convenient during Mardi Gras. Lots of eateries within walking distance.

We had trouble accessing the door when we arrived. This caused us to miss Superbowl and we had to settle with the bar next door once we were able to get inside. There is a trash room right outside the door and it stank the entire time.

Great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and was in a great location. It was just across Canal Street from Bourbon street. We really enjoyed our stay. Plan on staying there next time we go to New Orleans.

"Undecided stay"

Location location Location, very spacious...

Price😱 but manageable...still under renovation??? Garbage smell in lobby area...No cable . No TV in bed rooms .. main door combo picky ,app works good....need more lights at main door..

"Very hnconfotable for a couple"

Room 104 was so small. You couldn't fit a couple in here comfortably. There was no room to walk past each other let alone have your luggage in there

My stay was switched last minute as the original property that was rented has technical issues that were discovered prior to my arrival, Sonder was very prompt with getting me switched and making sure my stay was comfortable, my only complaint was a smoke alarm(s) that sounded off for about 12hrs overnight before someone was able to fix the issue, once fixed my stay was enjoyable

"Great location. Good apartment. "

Great location close to a bunch of restaurants. We felt safe but be cautious it is in the center of canal where it turns to Bourbon. Apartment was great. Plenty of dishes. No tvs in the rooms as we thought it showed in the pics which was very disappointing. There wasn’t a lock on one of the bathroom doors but we fixed that ourselves. Clean other than the living room rug that sheds a lot. Very itchy rug. Unfortunately we did see cockroaches. They are all over the city, we just never expected to see them in the apartment.
