Parkeren onder hotel, ruime kamer, hoog plafond en een goed en groot bed met prima matras. Gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie. Prettige lounge. Lekker ontbijt met rustige zithoeken en goede koffiemachine. Gebakken eitjes op bestelling prima geregeld.

De badkamer is vrij ruim maar toch weinig mogelijkheden om spullen kwijt te kunnen, plankjes of ruimere wastafel was welkom geweest evenals geen enkel haakje op of rond de wastafel alleen in de douche zijn 2 haakjes en dat is niet handig. De vloerbedekking zag er niet zo fraai uit. Redelijk wat bruinige vlekken.

Bij binnenkomst word je al meteen betovert door de heerlijke geur die in de lobby hangt. Het personeel is vloeiend in meerdere talen en uiterst beleefd. De kamer is ruim genoeg opgezet en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Het ontbijt, deels in buffet en deels in a la carte vorm, is geweldig!

In de publieke parkeergarage is een duidelijkere aanwijzing richting de ingang van het hotel wenselijk. Verder niets dan lof over Sapphire House!
