New Home- Beautiful Thematic Home With Pool Close to Disney

Our recent stay at this residence left us with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the property is located in a pleasant, clean, and safe area with ample space. However, the cleanliness of the house itself was disappointing. The walls were notably dirty, likely from previous guests. While the residence advertises cooking facilities, the dishware provided was either heavily used, scratched, or broken, rendering it unusable. Community pool was consistently closed. The location had a lot of road noise, and neighboring parties kept us awake until early morning on multiple occasions. Regarding the host, Barbara, while she was generally helpful, there were delays in responding to our inquiries. Access information was provided only after contacting the emergency line, causing unnecessary stress upon arrival. The most troubling issue arose after our departure. Despite Barbara initially commending us for being respectful guests who left the property clean, she later accused us of having a dog and leaving urine stains on the carpet. We spent considerable time cleaning every room and ensuring no garbage was left behind. We did not have a dog with us nor did we cause any damage, making her accusations and subsequent charges unjustifiable. This experience soured our entire vacation, leaving us with a negative memory based on false claims. We suspect this may be part of a recurring scam by the homeowner, using an old photo of supposed damage to extort money from guests. Be aware.

This was an unbelievably beautiful family friendly home, my family was amazed with the decor, comfort and space in the home. Lovely large pool and great community center. 10/10 will be back over and over again!

Our stay was a 10/10. We have been traveling to Florida for the past 15 years staying in various homes. From high end to budget stays. This trip was a last minute get-away for our daughter’s Sweet 16. This is definitely one of the best homes we have stayed in . For the price, the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The home looks just like pictures . It was clean and the bathrooms and pool were not cringy. The beds were so comfortable! We have saved this listing for future trips . Thank you !!
