Dirty. The room was boiling hot since they didn’t have the ac on. No one in the office when I needed to ask a question and again when I was checking out. Not the greatest place

I stay here every time I go to Albuquerque because I like the room that I get and I get the same room every time I go… and thank you for letting me have the same room every time!!!

I was very comfortable here

Rooms were large and super clean. Staff was great the area was a little less than desirable but they were on top of security so we felt safe. The pool wasn’t open so that was a bummer for the kids but otherwise excellent for the price

The electronic lock on the door didn’t work. The keycard would say “unlocked” but the door wouldn’t open. I went to the front desk and the guy behind the desk walked back to the room with me to try it himself. He tried it probably 50 times with no luck (how many times does it take to realize that exactly what I said was true?) He then said he could give me another room but told me it would be an upcharge. I said I’m not paying MORE for a room when it’s their fault that their stuff doesn’t work. He called his manager and said they could find me another room. I asked how I’m going to get my stuff out of my room and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said he would have to get maintenance up there to get the door open, but he had no idea how long that would be. I demanded that they send them up there NOW. Maintenance finally got the door open and I was told that since it’s working now, I won’t be getting a new room. The next morning, the door wasn’t working again. But we were checking out, so whatever. When I went to check out, another guest was yelling at the front desk clerk about the same exact thing. Horrible customer service. There are transients and shady people wandering around the parking lot like zombies all night long. Avoid this place.

For being at the interstate exchange it was an alright place to stay.

What a surprise! We got a small two room apartment with two rooms each with a queen bed, a generous bathroom and a full kitchen. What more would one want?

Nice, quiet and comfortable. Though online navigation has a hard time finding the place.
