The staff was helpful and welcoming. I want to dedicate a special thank you to the manager Juan Carlos for his excellent service and assistance during our stay. He assisted us on managing an uncomfortable situation with a neglectful tour agency.

Everything was excellent, however the food and menu at the hotel could do with some changes.
