The owner texting me .. Hi . Hope you had a great stay. Just wondering if you mistakenly left with our vacuum cleaner??? I didn't want to send the cctv record to the police before hearing from you. Let know me know before I involve the police. Thank you …. Go and send the cctv to the police , I said no hoover was in my room And as I never even entered another room in the building during my stay I don’t know where it supposedly got taken from?! Insulting! I wrote a nice review in my previous stay, that’s gettjng revoked! 8 hours after I’ve left the property - all of a sudden a Hoover has gone?

mot clean, bathroom very dirty, tv not working, we left after one night.

Dirt, dust, no smoke alarm in hallway, broken bed frame, burnt cigarettes in bed sheet and carpets, painted over mould, also had to wait outside after a 4 1/2 hour drive, we had to wait to use toilet facilities and freshen up, not ideal if you have IBS

There was nothing nice about this property! DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are no staff on site - the property is on a street where most of the houses are boarded up and a local taxi driver told us the majority of the ones that aren’t boarded up are brothels or crack dens! He actually advised us not to walk outside on our own (2 females!) as it was dangerous

The bed linen was dirty, the shared areas were smelly and dirty, the shower had no hot water. There’s no staff on site. It’s a key code entry which we hadn’t been given the code for meaning the first night of our stay we couldn’t even get in- stranded in a city we had never been to at midnight forcing us to find another hotel to stay in on the first night! The owner has stacks of urgent post at the property from the city council - all stacks up to the fact nothing is above board!

A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning.
