Royal Marina Suites Boutique Hotel

Das Royal Marina Suites ist ein neues, sehr gepflegtes Boutique Hotel mit einer sehr übersichtlichen Hotelgrösse (25 grosszügige Zimmer) welche über 4 Ebenen verteilt sind und alle eine grosse Terrasse mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen mit uneingeschränktem südlichen Pool und Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, wifi, Satelliten TV, Sofaecke, Schreibtisch, Kofferablage, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Safe und ein grosses Badezimmer mit Dopperlavabo, Badewanne und einer offenen Regendusche im XXL Format. Der Kleiderschrank dürfte etwas mehr Ablage / Schubladen Platz bieten, ist für 2 Personen mit längerem Aufenthalt etwas klein bemessen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird bestens unterhalten. Das Frühstück mit Buffett und heissen a la carte Speisen ist sehr einladend und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants sind nur 10 Fussminuten im Hafen von Puerto Calero entfernt. Mit einem Mietwagen erreicht man dieses Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in weniger als 20 min vom Flughafen Arrecife und kann die vielen Attraktionen der Insel erkunden.

We had a wonderful time at this new boutique hotel. It was almost perfect! The staff were all very friendly - from the reception to dining room, cleaners, pool maintenance, and manager. The hotel was immaculate. The cleaner scrubbed the tiles around the pool area, and the plentiful sun loungers were cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent - including many cooked options, as well as cereal, pastries, cold meats, smoked salmon, fruits, yoghurts, etc. Our room was an Ocean view (ground floor) with a terrace which had two loungers, a table, and 2 chairs. The terrace opened directly on to the pool area, and made for easy trips to cool off in the heated jacuzzi, or the slightly cooler pool. Drinks and lunch was available at the poolside - or delivered to our terrace. Our room was decorated in a minimalist style. Plenty hangers in the wardrobe, as well as a safe. A huge super-king bed. Comfortable sofa. Large UHD TV - with only a few English tv channels (but bring your own Firestick, which is why we always do!). Yes, there is a large round window from the bathroom to the open lounge/bed area. Yes, you can see someone sitting on the toilet. It didn't bother us, as we've been together 30 years. It might bother some though. It's not possible to see into the bathroom from the outside, of course. Minor gripes: no soap dish; and the bathrobes were way too short for me (I'm 6 foot / 186cm). But that was it. All in all, we will be back!

L'accueil, l'attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage, Mais au niveau du ménage de la chambre ce fut une catastrophe, nous sommes resté 2 nuit (36 Heures 550 €uros) la chambre malgré notre demande a été faite à plus de 17h00 avec de constants allées et venues dans la chambre et sur la terrasse, aucune intimité possible, et lors de notre mécontement signalé le silence du personnel et du responsable de l'hotel qui nous a complètement ignoré, Ce décalage peu professionnel et mùeme ce manque d'éducation et de respect est très surprenant, et ce mépris gache malheureusement l'hotel et le reste. Si l'équipe de Direction est la même que nous fuyez, allez au camping !!

Tout était au top, l'environnement, la chambre et surtout le personnel, petit bémol sur l'accès à la vidéo à la demande via la télévision de la chambre ... (netflix ou autre plateforme ...) sinonn tout étit parfait
