La vicinanza alle spiagge, la pulizia, l’attenzione nella cura dell’appartamento.

- La poca coibentazione acustica della struttura. Gli ospiti dei piani superiori hanno fatto rumore tutta la notte e noi di sotto non abbiamo chiuso occhio! - il parcheggio che considerano “posto auto sicuro” ma poi devi parcheggiare dove trovi un buco e questo non è mai dentro la proprietà ma sempre in strada e talvolta neanche lì
