OYO Hotel Will Capsule,Expo Guadalajara

The Capsule Will hotel was a lovely experience overall. I’d say the property could of been better managed. The doors around the area were loose, the lockers weren’t active, and the door to my room didn’t lock. The only safety I felt was when I had my stuff locked in my capsule. Also, when taking a shower there’s only cold water without a curtain. Service is nice and convenient but to get in you must notify the staff each time. Not recommended to go out at night as it may take a while to be let back into the hotel. Overall I’d say the capsules were a different experience to go through. Definitely worth checking out to experience a unique stay.

La atención por parte de gloria excepcional, el acceso es rápido y sin contacto, acceso las 24 hrs se puede mejorar el número de contactos para la luz y el desayuno.

La atención de la anfitriona gloria fue exepcional , muy coordial amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, el cafe en las mañanas esta muy bueno, seria genial que el aire de las capsulas enfriara mas 💜

Es un hotel muy cómodo, el servicio es excelente, desde el momento en que llegamos nos trataron muy bien, con mucha atención y en todo momento la Señorita estuvo al pendiente de todo.. Limpieza excelente, ubicación muy buena y el precio es muy bueno.

The capsule is cool. But the shower was cold. Also my bed had other hair on it. Was not clean. Otherwise the capsule experience is worth trying.
