Mr Cassim was an exceptional host, we requested some blankets and a room change and he was ready to Assist with all kindness in the world may the Good Lord bless him. Very clean and spacious

The lady who came to clean our room... very loving.

1. The room are super cold 2. The bedding is soooooo worn out and extremely light. 3. The Blanket provided was unnecessarily thing and didn't make a difference with that bedding. It legit held no merit to the cold weather of Betlhehem 4. The aircon? Did I mention the coldness we endured during our weekend stay? Sigh 😕 the aircon was just making noise with no warm temperature to warm up the room (even with the doors closed) 5. Not even a single bottled water in the fridge. 6. There is no sink for one to rinse their plates (to reuse) 7. The tap has a leakage that kept waking us up in the middle of the night, the Saturday night the tap wasn't closing properly and we were woken up by a running tap / pipe)
