We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking one. THERE WERE HUMAN FAECES LITERAL POOP SPREAD ON THE YOILET AND SPALSHES ON THE FLOOR. The bathroom was flooding and not draining out. The room was dirty, the staff was so dis-interested to help us at all.
