"A comfortable stay with nice staff"

Lovely staff, easy check in Lots of free goodies at the amenities bar in the lobby such as pyjamas, face masks, ear buds, sun cream etc and also had irons, curling irons etc to borrow Free ice machine and microwave on one of the floors was very useful Clean hotel, air con worked nicely, we had more room here than some other more expensive hotels, and tv allowed to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc

We stayed in another sotetsu during this trip in Ningyocho and they upgraded our room and gave us free goodies to celebrate our honeymoon which this sotetsu hotel did not which we found disappointing The location isn’t the best, quite a far walk out of where we needed to be daily but not far from a couple subway stops if going further away

Hotel molto bello, camera abbastanza basica, mi sento di consigliarlo per la pulizia e la tranquillità,

Il servizio lavanderia non è funzionale, il ragazzo della reception non mi ha risposto proprio in maniera educata a riguardo. L'hotel non è molto centrale/non collegato benissimo. Valutate bene.
