Erniedrigendes Verhalten mir gegenüber, da nach Beschwerde ich teilweise ignoriert wurde und keinesfalls auf Erklärungen weshalb ich so behandelt wurde eingegangen worden ist. Es ist mir ein nichtautorisierter Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht worden welcher schriftlich mir zugesagt wurde dass er retourniert wird am abreisetag jedoch die Rückerstattung auf 45 Tage verlängert wurde, was mich dazu veranlasste via email schriftlich die zust. Rezeptionistin aufzufordern dies umgehend durchführen zu lassen ansonsten ich Strafanzeige erstatten werde.

Rummet var som en lägenhet. Rymlig och fint ihopsatt och med underbar utsikt (våning 21). Poolområdet var nice med bar + matsedel. Gymmet hyfsat välutrustat men lite trångt och saknade helt speglar.

Läget är nära till mall men ändå lite off. Frukosten ok men endast 1 kaffemaskin (som tog sin tid) och äggröra kunde beställas men inget bacon serverades. Stort minus i min bok😋 Personalen verkar lite obekväm och inte så serviceminded som på typ Novotel eller Oakwood. Kan bli betydligt bättre .

Good facility. Large room. Tasty restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very aroi. Nice panoramic view over the area. Friendly staff.

The welcome at the reception was a little bit weird. 20 minutes before check-in time (I understand), but the man at the reception was not so friendly and gave not a very welcome impression.

The facilities are good, sauna, stream room and swimming pool are well-kept.

location is a bit far from the city center and need to commute by car.

Super 5 stars hotel. Enjoyable gym and pool

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Stayed before in Sri Racha many times at Oakwood, but enjoyed staying here more as you are at the seafront and still close to the city centre (Central shopping 5min walk, Mum Aroi seafood etc 10 min walk). On the seafront. Parking around the hotel is plentiful. Hotel very modern. Room has everything including TVs, Washing/Dryer machine, kitchen, microwave, Japanese toilet, shower and bath. Bed/pillows very comfortable. All rooms are facing the sea. The view of the bay is always impressive. There's a little bar area just above the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Would I stay again? Definitely. Very reasonably priced for an excellent hotel.

The only negative is the beach area in front of the hotel. Get the staff down there daily and cleanup the rubbish/flotsam (like Mum ARoi do everyday). Have some pride in your beach front!
