Several items were not working, contacted the property manager never got responses back never came fixed them. The house looks like it’s been renovated, but not actually finished. Complete mess

Que. El aire no se podía prender ya que estaba lbloqueado el controll para poder prenderlo . La temperatura dentro de la casa está a 84F era un calor insoportable, no pudimos dormir, se llamó más de 5 veces y nadie atendió a la llamada , mensajes de texto y nada, dijeron que si no había prendído el aire aplicaríamos para rembolso , y ni siquiera volvieron a llamar, fue un caos ese día. Y la noche peor.

AC not working- it was 85 degrees inside the apartment. I made multiple attempts to contact management and emergency maintenance, maintenance could not be reached. We had to pay to stay at a local hotel. Poor customer service. I have attempted to contact multiple times with absolutely no help. This company is using this property with no proper working air conditioning. This company is scamming people and I will report this listing

The property was very clean and looked just like the listing.

It was cold so I could not utilize the rooftop balcony. (Not the fault of the owners obviously)

No hassle, just punch in your code and you have quick access into your rental

The place was so clean and nicely furnished.. the balcony was my favorite… not too far from the Riverwalk or market square.

This place had everything we needed..
