The hotel is situated in a residential building, which means you have climb a flight of stairs before taking the lift, and then more stairs before you finally reach the hotel, the receptionist kindly volunteered to help me on my arrival, as I just got out of hospital and had stitches my stomach and a suitcase, but when I had to ask for a refund due to the lack of services provided by the hotel, heating and aircon ( that the hotel actually refused to turn on over a few hours that I was there, and lied to booking com and myself included about turning them on) The price of the rooms was €300 a night, when I received a refund the receptionist refused to help me the downstairs out of the hotel, because of the stitches in my stomach I had to wait until strangers in the building passed by and I had to ask them for assistance in lifting my suitcase down the two flights of stairs.

La posizione davvero strategica, sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi. Non potevamo scegliere posizione migliore. Abbiamo raggiunto a piedi tutti i punti di interesse e, quando stanchi, la metropolitana era a pochi passi. Fantastico!

Non ho nulla da segnalare. La città è molto rumorosa ed il traffico continuo, ma la camera era isolata (infissi fantastici), quindi, una volta chiuse le finestre, tutto molto silenzioso. Vista città dalla camera fantastica

Het interieur van de kamer is heel chique en voorzieningen van goede kwaliteit. Locatie was ook perfect!

De communicatie over het ontbijt, we zagen op Booking.com dat het erbij zat, blijkbaar moest je daarvoor extra betalen en boeken.

建物への入り方や、チェックインの仕方が複雑だった

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral! Personal war super lieb und man konnte sogar nach den Öffnungszeiten an der Rezeption jemanden erreichen

Der Safe in unserem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und wir konnten die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil das komplette Schloss gefehlt hat.
