"In place of single bed they have given twin sharing room"

We went to stay for 1 night and booked for one queen size bed through booking.com , when my partner went to check in they provided twin sharing room - two single bed . We connected with Booking.com irrespective of showing email confirmation and getting emails from booking.com executive they denied us a room with Queen size bed and we have to continue with twin sharing room. Perthitic reception staff .

They should have given us what we have booked for

Everything is good

The hotel didnt receive the mail from your side.when i reached there all bookings full and told me no rooms were available but instead of the booked room they gave a executive room which I had to pay more with breakfast eventhough breakfast was arranged with the older room
