Recommended. Cheapest, Big space, clean, good location. You have to came here when visit Ankara. Best hotel in Ankara i've ever seen.

This is a case of what I order verse what I got. The room photos are totally different from actual rooms. Very disappointing.

Nice people

I stayed at this hotel almost two weeks and it was an amazing experience. Cagan is an amazing guy he’s the only worker there who speaks English he really helped me out I’m amazed with the service that these people offer to their guests. Breakfast is really fresh and you get verities of collections. I’d recommend this hotel.

I booked a room for my parents and they were very happy with their stay. The hotel’s manager was very friendly and he also helped them with some paperwork. I’m going to book this hotel again in the future.

Our experience at this hotel was not the best. 1. Upon check in the two staff members, one lady and one man came off rude and dismissive. Even laughed in their language about us for some reason. Racism? 2. We were not given any information at check in, nothing about breakfast or even the wifi password. 3 we got to the room- first it was not like the pictures at all, so do not expect what you see in the pictures at all. Issues: -Our room had some wrappers left on the counter as if someone was in there before us. The phone in the room was there for show, as it did not have a wire into the wall. So we couldn’t call to ask about anything.. wifi, breakfast etc. And we came late and tired to go all the way back down to ask. - The bathroom looks nothing like the pictures, there’s some electrical wires coming out of the wall just hanging loose in the bathroom wall which is very dangerous. Shower was very dirty - We found the beds uncomfortable but I guess that is relative 4. Next day at breakfast we arrived 15 mins before their closing time and we were refused breakfast or eggs. Which did not make sense as there were other people who walked in with us at the same time and were given breakfast. We don’t care for their breakfast but it is the point. The only decent interaction was the valet guy who parked our car and also waited around for a forced tip. All this to say, the staff needs training on ettiquette and this is definitely not a good 4 star hotel.

New Renovated Hotel. Still some constructions going on. Personnel do not wear mask at most times. But the breakfast is great. Rooms are comfortable.
