Das Hotel und Personal sind einfach 1A. Freundlich und Hilfsbereite Personal und alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Dieses Hotel wird unsere Favoriten sein in Ankara. Die Lage ist sehr optimal. Restaurants und Einkaufsmeile sind zu Fuß erreichbar

Unfortunately the staff mostly didn't know English and communication was very difficult but they were friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me although the language barrier was an important point. Moreover, the quality of internet was not good. However, the neighborhood/location was great.

UK Ankara otelde daha önce de konakladım, daha önce 10 üzerinden 8 verirken bence şu an 10 üzerinden 6 puan ancak yapar. Otelin girişi çok güzel görünüyor ama girişteki resepsiyonistler hiç güler yüzlü değiller. Kendi aralarında sohbet ediyor ve müşteriye karşı ilgisizler. Temizlik güzel, kat görevlileri ilgili. Tadilat yapılmış odalarında yıpranma başlamış bile. Lavabolardaki musluklardan sular cok yavaş akiyor. Bir süre daha kalınabilir oteller listemde olabilir ama maalefes cok uzun sürmez diye düşünüyorum.

Odamız tam bir rezaletti. Aile odası olmasına rağmen daracıktı. Sadece yatak sığmıştı. İptal edilemez aldığımız için 2 gün boyunca çok sıkılarak konakladık. Gerekirse ücret farkını ödeyerek daha geniş bir odaya geçmek istediğimizi ilettik. Bu isteğimize de çözüm bulamadık.

4 yıldızlı otel olmasına rağmen kesinlikle vasat bir otel.Odalar da koku var.Pencereyi açıp havalandırmama rağmen koku geçmedi.Kahvaltı çok kötü.3 demlik çay bitmiş kimsenin umurunda değil.Banyoda bir ürünümü unuttuğumu izah ettim.Aradım.Bir de üstüne öyle bir şey yok biz boşuna mı numara alıyoruz diye beni yalancı durumuna düşürdüler.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.O fiyata çok güzel oteller var o civarda araştırın emin olun bulursunuz.Ben buldum Şuan kaldığım yerden çok memnunum.
