Fantastic stay, James and Amy were incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations for the local area, the room very clean and tidy and the breakfast delicious! As well as all of this I had a lovely view over the lake which I was not expecting. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and superb hosts
The moment we arrived at the Lake View Hotel we were greeted by Amy who’s a wonderful host. We stayed here for two nights while exploring the local area and climbing Snowdon. The hotel has a real warm, cosy feel with a log burner and different areas to relax after a long days hike. The tea and coffee making area in the lounge was always fully stocked and Amy and James were only a text away for a well deserved gin and tonic. The cooked breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is next to a bus stop which takes you to the starting point of the Pyg and Miners track or alternatively it’s only a 20 minute walk into the village. I can’t recommend this hotel enough especially if you want a home from home stay.
The Lake View is awesome. Amy, the owner, made me feel so so welcome. Incredible location in relation to Snowdon. Would highly recommend. So comfortable and great rooms. Super happy. 100% worth it
The place was homely and the owners were very welcoming
Easy to find just outside Lanberis. Host Amy is lovely and very helpful - makes you feel nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast served. Our room was on the small side but all we need to a couple of nights stay. No tea & coffee in the rooms but plentiful tea & coffee making facilities and seating in public areas. On a busy road so some noise during key times but otherwise a quiet location.
