Backland Luxury Nature Resort - Grand Canyon

Must do on a family trip Kids loved it

We have had the most amazing time, we have three kids that did not want to leave the property for the 3 days we were there. Spent the days kayaking, fishing, playing chess and a bunch of other games made available by the property, walked through the forest, watched the rain, watched the moon through the telescope available at the property … all in all - an amazing experience !!! We will be back :)

We had such a great time at Backland! A fun drive in opened up to 10 glamping tents. Everything was in great condition and they had so many extras: a lake with complimentary kayaks, s’mores kits every night, fishing rods, and much more! The staff was so helpful accommodating us. We cancelled a tour to spend more time there.

The most relaxing trip you’ll take. Best sleep also. Stargazing as you fall asleep. It’s kind of like camping comfortably.

We loved that there were many activities to choose from. Very scenic and beautiful. We will definitely be staying again soon.

Minus an unfortunate mixup with our reservation (which Chase went out of his way to try to resolve), wonderful experience at this beautiful and clean glamping hotel! The area is very remote but once you get there, it is exactly the glamping experience we were looking for. The tents are spacious, clean and modern, and have a beautiful and tranquil view. Great dining options and good breakfast included. We had a snow day during our stay and the white everywhere is absolutely stunning!
