Nice location. Plenty of clean towels and extra sheets. Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Extra ice maker was nice. Hot tub was clean and ready to go.

Upstairs/loft area a little difficult to cool - but it was still comfortable.

The house was amazing. From nice water pressure and place to relax to a hot tub turned on and waiting for us. We were much later than expected due to family situation. The host replied quickly even late and was very helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this amazing Airbnb with friends. The house is beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making our stay so enjoyable. The location is perfect—easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to explore. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and grilling outside; everything was so easy and convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to come back soon!

"Peaceful and beautiful getaway in the heart of nature, with a fantastic host and a perfect location."

We had an amazing stay at the BaseCamp house in Cortland, WV. The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and just minutes away from beautiful waterfalls, the charming town of Thomas, and all the nature that Canaan has to offer. The house itself is gorgeous—spacious, cozy, and extremely well-maintained. The host was fantastic: super communicative, flexible, and made everything easy from start to finish. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already planning to go back next weekend. Highly recommend!

The property was wonderful! The host was the BEST and due to the time of our event in the area and the cabin not being booked the night before, they even allowed us to check in a little early to ensure we made it to our event on time with time to find the cabin and unpack in the daylight! The photos of the shower do not do it justice! It is huge! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
