"Lovely convenient hotel while visit Bath. Good value for money"

Great location if visiting Bath so out and about all day. Clean, tidy rooms and breakfast lovely. Have stayed several times now while visiting family in town. Love the front door security element in the evening.

Reception lounge furniture is very uncomfortable and clearly the hotel are not encouraging guests to hang around in the evenings.

Good breakfast in light and airy restaurant. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower: powerful & good temperature control

The man on reception when we arrived was not very welcoming: did all the necessary things in a functional way, it would have been nice if he'd have smiled

Hectic Breakfast facility, it spanned across reception, so had people checking out with luggage you had to pass with your food
