Our stay was extremely disappointing. When we entered the room, it had a strong unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning unit. We immediately informed the hotel staff, who sent a repairman, and fortunately the smell was fixed. However, after a while, we started noticing ants all over the room and even on the bed. We eventually found the source under the bed, where there was an orange stain beneath the carpet that was infested with ants. The room also had no towels upon arrival, and both the floors and the shower looked dirty. We reported these issues to the reception. We were told that the room would either be cleaned properly or that we would be moved to another room. While they were supposedly handling the situation, we went out into the city. When we returned, we were informed that there were no other rooms available, and the only alternative they could offer was a room with a single bed. This was simply not an option, especially since I am pregnant. Regardless, this is not an acceptable solution for two guests who booked a double room. What happened next was even more shocking. The receptionist handed us napkins and a bottle of Domestos and suggested that we clean the room ourselves. We could hardly believe what we were hearing. At that point, we had completely lost confidence in the hotel and decided to find alternative accommodation. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

La posizione è eccellente, si arriva in pochi minuti a piedi a tutti i siti più importanti da visitare: la Cattedrale, l'Alcazar, il Barrio Santa Cruz, Plaza de España, Las Setas. È centralissimo, e la zona è fitta di ristoranti, bar e negozi. Ma in stanza, silenzio assoluto, ottima insonorizzazione. Arredo carino e nuovo, molto bella la hall. Personale gentile. Per un loro problema interno è capitato che una volta sia saltata la pulizia della mia camera, si sono scusati tanto e mi hanno offerto gratuitamente un voucher per la colazione: all'ingresso c'è una piccola caffetteria (aperta sulla strada) dove gli ospiti della struttura possono avere una bevanda e un dolce a 5 euro.

Lavabo in camera, wc e doccia pure, separati solo da una parete a vetri. Per chi viaggia da solo nessun problema, ma già per una coppia potrebbe essere sgradevole, non c'è alcuna privacy. Più che altro, andrebbe specificato! Naturalmente non so se siano tutte le stanze così. Meglio informarsi prima se viaggiate in due e non volete condividere tutto ma proprio tutto.
