Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Blijkbaar 2 hotels samengevoegd, waardoor trappen en gangen blind eindigden, of gesloten (nood)uitgangen. Waardoor vaak verdwaald en de schrik dat ik bij brand niet de uitgang zou kunnen vinden; ook geen bordjes naar (nood)uitgangen. Heb ook geen brandalarm kunnen vinden!

A localização é boa, de resto é horrível.

Cobraram um valor diferente da plataforma, as informações sobre check-in e sobre os métodos de pagamento da plataforma não eram reais. O banheiro fedia e alagava o quarto e quando pedimos um pano ou rodo a recepção disse que não podia fazer nada. Ficamos 2 dias com uma poça no meio do quarto.

Wir hatten Glück und konnten bereits um 7:00 einchecken. Dies war aber eine Ausnahme.

Goeie locatie! Dicht bij het centrum

De keuken was enkel beschikbaar voor 16u maar de keuken is dicht. Slecht bed, je voelt de vering. We wilden betalen in bolivianos, het was €53 maar ze rekenen met een hoge rate via dollar waardoor we €80 betaalden.
