Clean spacious and modern. Staff were great and the breakfast and dinner were really good. Hard to fault it. And it was great value.

It was all good.

Unfortunately, from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I printed the bill, I was plagued by problems.

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel were fine. The first inconvenience was two large dogs that greeted us at the very entrance to the hotel. Since my colleague survived a dog attack less than a month ago, I had to protect the passage to the hotel with my suitcase. The overnight stay was fine. The breakfast was very modest compared to hotels of the same category that we usually use. The next problem was issuing a bill for the service. Although I specifically emphasized the need for a bill, the reception staff did not want to issue me a bill and explained that they would send it to my email. After returning from the trip, it took me ten days of correspondence with Booking and the hotel before they issued me a bill after about twenty communications. I regret choosing this accommodation and it is certainly the last time.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage; Wasserkocher usw. Außerdem ist auch ein Pool, Sauna und Hamam vorhanden. Freie Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der WLAN war gut

Etwas außerhalb von Yalova, die Erreichbarkeit nur von einer Richtung möglich, da an einer mehrspurigen Hauptstraße gelegen. Dies verursacht auch Lärm.

النظافة والسعر وحسن الاستقبال والتعامل والضيافة واخص بالذكر الاخ مراد له الف شكر على حسن التعامل والضيافة واللطافة سأكرر زيارتي للمكان مناسب لمن لديه مشوار لبورصه يرتاح فيه
