"Pésima atención y ladrones con el tiempo de la habitación al entregarla 4 horas después del llegar"

La atención es muy mala. Adicional nos ven con una persona discapacitada y no nos atendían hasta que solicite yo prioridad para check in. Entregaron una de las habitaciones super tarde y lejos una de la otra cuando se escribió solicitando eso precisamente porque uno de nosotros erra discapacitado. Todos cambiamos en una pues éramos tres y cada ha itacion tiene dos camas dobles. No dejaron para que pagáramos dos habitaciones donde una cama quedó sobrando. Al entregar una habitación casi 4 horas después del check in solicité que dejaran hacer el check out la misma cantidad de horas que se demoraron en entregarla y no lo permitieron. Solo dieron dos horas y con la amenaza de que si dura amos más tiempo descontaban de la tarjeta con la que se hizo la reserva. Dejamos un cepillo de peinar y un cargador y tampoco lo regresaron. No volvería nunca!
