Beautiful old bldg. renovations look awesome. Great value

Digital access after hours did not work for me. Had to call and get someone to let me in. Was prompt about getting there but not something I enjoyed waiting for at 1:30 am with my late night flight

The view It had a very large awkward tub/shower We could not figure out how to get just regular TV + the staff wasn't able to either

This property is an historic hotel in downtown Crankbrook with a funky, interesting vibe and an excellent location.

We requested a Superior King room, which is advertised as having city views. We were only there for one night, so we really weren't terribly concerned about having any sort of view at all. But imagine our surprise when we opened the curtains and were greeted by a broken, dirty pane of safety glass, a ledge full of bird poop and a giant cinder block wall only three feet away. It was like staying in a basement suite with a window well; you could see a bit of sky if you looked up, but that's it. We do appreciate that we got a great price on the room and that it was probably the last one available in that room category, but it's hard to justify that sort of view as part of a "Superior King" room.
