"Andere Erwartungen "

Wenn man ein Comfort Zimmer bucht erwartet man auch ein Comfort Zimmer. Das Foto auf der Hotels.com Seite stimmt auf keinen Fall mit dem Zimmer überein das wir hatten. Es gab keine Nachttische oder etwas anderes für die Ablage der Brille etc. Hatte mehr erwartet. Ebenso wurden wir beim Check-in nicht darüber informiert das auf dem Areal ein Rockkonzert stattfindet. Die Lautstärke machte ein schlafen fast unmöglich. Obwohl es ein Restaurant gab, bekamen wir nichts zu essen.

"Nadie en recepcion al llegar"

Todo ha ido muy bien, aunque hacer el registro al llegar fue complicado…a la 13:20h no habia nadie, asi que despues de 10 min esperando y tocando la campanilla decidimos irnos a comer y probar mas tarde. Regresamos a las 15 y lo mismo. Tuvimos que llamar por telefono en 3 ocasiones hasta que alguien en algun punto del hotel cogió el telefono y vino. Es bastante molesto después de las horas de coche. A parte de esto la estancia fue estupenda. Mucha tranquilidad y el personal muy amable. Quizas sugeririamos algo mas de variedad en el desayuno.

"Hotel estándar con calidad precio negativa"

Hotel standard. Llegamos a las 18 de la tarde y no había servicio ni de cafetería ni de restaurante. Tuvimos que marchar a tomar algo al pueblo cercano a cinco kilómetros.Sin embargo el desayuno estuvo muy bien .Precio (120 euros /noche en octubre) excesivo para esos servicios.Calidad precio negativa
