The customer service was really great. I also really like the room I stayed,enough space and good lighting.As a content creator, I had that expectation and it was met.

The generator sound lol but Wetin man go do. Nigeria!!!

The hotel manager contacted me immediately after my unpleasant stay and tried to clarify what had happened. This was a really good surprise. I was partly reimbursed for the amount of my stay and it was also stated that they were going to investigate and upgrade their hospitality services. Hopefully, the next guests will get to experience this improvement.

Unfortunately, this time I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel - from unclean facilities to unprofessional and rude staff. As a note, it does not matter the number of guests you book per room in advance, because you have to pay extra for breakfast and the staff avoids giving you invoices.
