Charles Hope Salisbury Residence

The house is very comfortable and warm. Ideal for a family with gardens at the rear.

Parking was not reserved as requested and paid for.

the house was beautiful. it was extremely clean. the rooms were lovely, underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. the bedrooms were lovely and the bed clothes were excellent quality. the kitchen was fully equipped. it was so comfortable. I would highly recommend the place.

There was nothing to dislike

Very step stairs No downstairs toilet Horrendous time trying to add on an extra day to my booking. About 8 phone calls and lost count of emails. They took £450 for one night….£150 stay (ok) £150 breakages (ok) £150 breakages (what???) Didn’t refund either of breakages until I noticed it 2 weeks later. So again emails and phone calls They are very quick to take money and very slow to refund Keysafe - turned up at house….they’d given us the wrong number…another phone call Also asked for the parking but no one got back to us House lovely - everything else was dire.

It is a fantastic well-furnished house with all comforts. Lovely bedrooms, nice living room and a kitchen with everything you might need

Clear instructions, great location, everything we needed in the house was ready and in great order.

I’d change the lightbulbs in the dining area as they are exceptionally orange
