Grubby, dirty and run down. In an awful area

Nothing, the place was a total mess with strong smell of smoke. The outside is very dirty with cans of beers. The carpet is so old. The shower doesn't run with water pressure. This place be shut down for infection control purposes.

Staff were good , locals were friendly , bar was good .

The hotel was like a rabbit warren , couldnt find my room , the room wasnt very clean , had too move chair too secure the door as u couldnt lock it from the inside , when moving chair , their was a stain down the wall with a stain on the wood , round the side off the windows were filthy , couldnt find the light in toilet as the pull cord had been snapped , over all very disapointed .

Need was comfy

When we arrived as a family of 5, they gave us one room for 3 people even though I'd booked 2 rooms. I had to show them my bookings before they would let us have the other room. Extremely loud music from the bar below until midnight. A trail of chips on the carpet outside the bedrooms. Mould in shower. No bedside lamps.
