The rooms were spacious and had bathrooms in each room.

The living room and kitchen area didn't have AC only 2 fans that did nothing but blow the hot air around. We had to open the side and back door and front door to get some type of breeze throughout the area. Especially when cooking. The location wasn't a concern for me but I will point out that most of the food and ambiance is near the Nusa Dua beach entrance which was about a 10 min drive. So we had to constantly get a Grab to that area. Just something to consider if you don't want to be too far out.

The interior was gorgeous, particularly the upstairs bedroom and ensuite. The bedrooms were spacious and the living/dining/kitchen area was very homey and made for a great space to hang out.

Unfortunately the power and water cut off on the first afternoon of our stay and stayed off for 24 hours. No one attended to the situation until afternoon the next day despite messaging and calling which was very disappointing. We were also given stained towels and linen. The floors were also so dirty we had to frequently wash our feet or wear shoes inside which did not help the cleanliness.
