The location and only this because we chose the hotel based on the short distance to the Bajra Sandhi monument where the beginning of Bali art festival occurred. The staff was friendly as everywhere in Bali but these were the two only positive aspects of this hotel

The hygiene of the rooms. The sheets had stains and the room was not very clean. The place was noisy even during the night, there were hairs in the bathroom and all things were a bit old and didn't look good. There were flies in the bathroom .

Le personnel était gentil

La propreté de la chambre est à revoir absolument !! De la moisissure sous le lit, des cheveux par terre, de la terre dans les coins de la chambre. Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire mais cette fois ci je ne peux pas laisser passer ça. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel avant la fin de notre séjour tellement c’était impossible de vivre dans de la saleté. Le personnel m’a dit qu’il allait voir pour nous proposer un remboursement partielle. Bien sûr je n’ai rien eu… Pour le prix, il y a beaucoup plus propre ailleurs. L’emplacement pas top non plus.

We had a beautiful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the property is beautiful! The rooms are clean and comfortable!
