"Unbearable outside noises - not enough soundproofing"

All staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Fragrant liquid soap and shampoo. Smart TV. Pool Towel.

I am told that the property has an elevator/lift, but there isn't. Cleaning is told to be done once every 3 days - after some discussion, it is every 2 days. Incessant water pump noise all day from a neighboring property, not enough soundproofing from outside noises. Noise from nearby steel cutting shop in the morning and noon. AirCon is leaking, even after several repair attempts.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The wifi was really good. Very value for money with good amenities provided.

There is slight sewage smell in the toilet at times, but did not affect us very much.
