Musa Canggu

The pool is great and gets the sun late in the afternoon / evening. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good space for working.

Not much within walking distance but a quick bike to the main canggu shops etc. Location is not an issue if you can ride a bike.

Slight smell in bathroom

Comfy room with aircon, good lighting and scent. Bathroom is spacious, modern and clean. Room walls are well soundproofed. Pool outside is nice and quiet. Many empty rooms around so not crowded, and sitting at patio feels relaxing and more private. Shared kitchen is available, with shared fridge, cookware and water dispenser. I enjoyed doing work at outdoor bench as it feels very peaceful. Reception/housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. Staff would do housekeeping every 2 days, as requested. Lovely cats hanging around too, with pet food kept in the kitchen. 😸 Had a good experience talking to neighbour family opposite who stayed here for a long time. I rate this place 10/10 for amicable and peaceful stay.👍

However, bathroom sliding door would bang close everytime so hotel could fix it with rubber stopper to lessen noise. Shower water temperature is cold, not well-regulated. TV has no local channels. Only used Youtube and webpage, could not do screen mirroring and no laptop cable port. Insects like house lizards, cockroaches in room is to be anticipated as they could get in from outside. Would be good if hotel provides laundry rack to hang clothes at patio. Taxi drivers often face difficulty to drive to hotel due to unfamiliar/hidden location, but I suggest using google maps address for them to get here.
