Musa Canggu

The property is modern, clean and comfortable with a nice pool area and good common facilities (kitchen/dining area). The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were on hand to assist when required. The location is a little out of town but therefore quite and peaceful. Good value for money and staff allowed early check in.

There is a bit of a lack of utensils in the kitchen and the kettle is the worlds slowest kettle, takes about 30 mins to boil. Not the fault of the accommodation but there were a couple of dubious other guests during our stay including short (very) term room rental... and one guest who caused a seemingly alcohol related disturbance.

The pool was great, the staff was really friendly and willing to help.

The WiFi was a bit on and off. The sound the geyser or pipes made when running a shower, those would always wake me up.

Quiet location but easy to get around. Lovely pool area & drinking water in the kitchen facilities. Friendly staff.

The rooms are a little outdated & need a bit of a touch up & could be a bit cleaner.

It has a beautiful landscape and the pool is quite nice, pretty well thought little complex

The pool is nice, although the pool beds are old and there are only 3 cushions (with mold and very dirty). The room is big, nice shower and comfortable beds. They also have a big kitchen that can be used.

Construction literally all around, so be prepared to wake up early every day. Apart from this, the location is not so nice. Far away from nice restaurants and not so many good options to get some good food nearby.

perfect stay. Sedayatana the hotel staff was excellent and went above and beyond. he was the highlight of our trip to canggu and we would recommend this hotel to others

I loved the staff and the quiet location. It’s very rare in Canguu.

Nothing really, it was value for money. I’d say maybe some new cushions for the pool loungers but other than that it’s affordable and quiet.

Quiet and serene

Good price for facilities and location. Bed was comfortable. Staff were amazing at helping me to address any issues and really tried to be supportive. Very appreciative of them!

Room upstairs was not nice and very loud neighbours with cats fighting kept me up. However, after speaking to staff they helped me to move room and I really enjoyed my stay from there. Towels do not smell nice and bathroom has poor ventilation. TV has no channels.
