On check in our reservation could not be found and it was very uncomfortable- the chap said I can’t find you so there is no reservation even though I had confirmation with me which he saw. Eventually he agreed to give us a room - the worst room in the hotel - a single set up room - smallest and it smelt awful. ( we had paid for and booked an upgraded room) I went back to reception and had to demand the room we had paid for which we got. The next morning the lovely lady receptionist sorted us out and was lovely stating they were at fault and apologised but that’s it.

Große modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Fenster sind leider nicht zu öffnen, was für uns ungewohnt ist. Dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage.

"Gutes Hotel für Zwischenübernachtung."

Hotel sehr sauber und einladend. Doppelbetten im Standardzimmer dürften größer sein. Bei vielen Gästen ist das Frühstückbuffet schnell an seine Grenzen angelangt. Es wurde aber steht's nachgelegt.

Accueil en français. Belles structures intérieures design. Grande terrasse. Salle de petit déjeuner lumineuse. Petit déjeuner varié et produits de bonne qualité et en quantité suffisante. Personnel à l'écoute et sympa. Bar avec beaucoup de choix. Grand parking. A minutes à peine du centre ville. A refaire sans hésiter.
