Modernes Hotel in hervorragender Lage direkt nahe dem Bahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden und auch Bus-, Bahn- sowie Straßenbahnstationen waren schnell erreichbar, wodurch sich das Hotel perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge, beispielsweise nach Kanazawa oder Takaoka, geeignet hat. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren großzügig geschnitten, sauber und boten eine tolle Aussicht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben war außerdem das freundliche Personal, das uns auch beim Buchen von Aktivitäten jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt hat.

It was a very nice and well-maintained hotel overall, and we had a really comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested to have our rooms close to each other or on the same floor, and they arranged it for us without any issues. They also helped us receive our luggage and assisted in sending our luggage to our next destination, which made our trip much more convenient. The room size was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very nice and relaxing to use. A thoughtful touch was the laundry string provided in the bathroom, which was useful for hanging clothes after washing. The hotel is conveniently located, only about a 5-minute walk from Toyama Station, making it easy to travel around. The only downside was that there were not many food options nearby, and the nearby mall closed quite early at around 8pm, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service and spacious rooms.

The hotel buffet was also slightly underwhelming. It was a bit expensive for the variety offered, and I wished there were more Toyama specialty dishes included considering the price.

Very new and clean room; spacious and well designed. Near many amenities like shopping mall, JR Toyoma station, Toyota Rent A Car, etc.
