Staff were polite. I ordered a change of towels and it wasn't done when we returned that evening. The night staff had to take care of it. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor. One of the elevators was out of service.

Construction was being performed at night in the room next door. Hammering, Drilling, Music, it was impossible to sleep.

"Helpful and friendly staff, bad breakfast"

Great service, very welcoming and friendly. There are 2 major issues I have with this hotel. 1. The pillow and bed are too soft for me, and it gives me a sore back every morning. 2. The complimentary breakfast is what you'd expect from a 2 star motel, but its pretty unacceptable for what Residence Inn charges. Nevertheless the staff is super friendly and helpful.
