"Harika bir otel deneyimim oldu.. 😀"

Otele girdiğimde çok hoş bir enerjiyle karşılandım. Otelin havası ve konforlu oluşu evimde hissettirdi. Genel olarak otelden memmun ayrıldım. Çalışanların ilgisi alakası gerçekten güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltısı standart özel değildi ama butik bir otele göre bence herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi.

"GÖRSELLERE İNANMAYIN!!"

KÖTÜ : Genel olarak olumsuzdu . Bu olumsuzluğun en temel nedeni, delux normal oda rezervasyonu yaptığım halde odamızın teras katta, küçük, basık, dar ve kasvetli olmasıydı. Banyoda 2 defa kafamı tavana çarptım ,bu da somut örneğidir . Odanın hotels.com daki fotoğrafları ile konakladığım oda arasına fark var . Fotoğraflar balık gözüyle çekilmiş ve odalar olduğundan daha büyük gözüküyor . İyi : tek iyi şey kahvaltısıydı ve kahvaltıdakı personelin Güler yüzüydü .

"Clean hotel, friendly staff."

new & clean property, good & fast internet friendly staff good breakfast good swimming pool

There’s no elevator at the hotel. the location is a bit far from everything. You definitely need a car. the street is narrow and always busy with construction sites & vehicles. not easy to drive or park. the dedicated parking area is far, and it’s a bit unpleasant at night with barking dogs around.

"Sweet and relaxing "

Very sweet place! Friendly stuff, beautiful garden, nice location not far from the Urla center and the seaside. Perfect for a relaxing weekend, we went for one night but stayed for two. Would recommend and come again!

"Exceptional"

This hotel met and then exceeded our expectations. From the welcoming and helpful staff, to the cleanliness of the place, the beautiful breakfast buffet and the amazing poolside, it really was worth the stay. The rooms were immaculate, I’ve travelled a lot and I have to mention the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked perfectly fine and the balcony was a beautiful place to just relax and have a Turkish coffee in the evening. What really set this hotel apart from any other I’ve ever visited were the friendly and extremely helpful staff, I haven’t witnessed customer service at this level before. Will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend to everybody who wants all of the above. Thanks again Urla 1867!!
