Bright Star Lodge

Gorgeous location, peaceful site which is very clean. The lodge had everything you need just need to take your food. Lovely welcome gift which was very thoughtful. Comfy beads and loads of towels. All amenities worked well. Hot tub was amazing !

You have to keep your dogs on lead walking through the site and we had to tether them to the lodge when using outdoor space as there is no enclosed boundary around the decking. So not secure for small children or wandering dogs.

Bright Star Lodge was very clean and comfortable accommodation for our three night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked even with things such as cooking oil, foil, salt and pepper etc which other similar lodges sometimes omit. Similarly the heating was very easy to use and efficient, in comparison to other places I have stayed. Location on the loch’s edge is beautiful, and it’s a great base for exploring the area. The hot tub and the projector were icing on the cake.

the neighbours were very helpful. the water front was lovely to see in the morning and the hot tub was the high light of my childrens holiday

when we came in the August i didnt realise about the mozies and i got attact by them but it wouldnt stop me from going back to the lodge
