Breakfast was nothing special for a 4star hotel The spa isn't included in the price only a 10 chf discount. Having to give a security deposit only hotel in Switzerland I have had to do this. No milk with the coffee machine.

La porte de la douche ne permet pas de se doucher sans inonder la pièce. Dommage, erreur d'architecte.

We really enjoyed the view! Very nice Bedroom with enough space. The bed was very comfortable and they make exceptional food! Very nice staff and good english communication!

They didnt have bodylotion and soap in the large bathroom (executive suite). They didnt bring new/fresh bathrobes for the second day. The server forgot to bring us our omlettes on the first morning.

The breakfast on the first day was great, nice views

It's advertised as "Hotel and Spa" in many places, which is a bit misleading. Spa costs CHF 80/day on top of the double room. It was not clear to me and very disappointing. Staff lacks hospitality training, argues. Considering the hotel was basically empty, a room upgrade with a view or a free drink at the bar would gone a long way here. Further, don't expect a 4 star atmosphere - we weren't sure if the hotel was actually finished - there is construction everywhere. Signs to the reception are taped to the doors, generally the whole building lacks maintenance. Sunday breakfast was great (there were guests), Monday breakfast was a little sad, cheese and fruit were frozen in the center - we only counted 3 guests so saving money I guess...
