宿自体は立地も良く、設備もまずまずで、価格も手頃でした。ワンちゃんと一緒に快適に過ごせた点は良かったです。ただし、滞在中にとても残念な出来事がありました。2泊目の夜に、施設側から突然「騒音に関する注意」のメールとSMSが送られてきました。私たちはチェックイン時にルールを確認し、21時以降は静かにすること、22時以降は庭を使わないことを全員で徹底して守っていました。実際、BBQも20時半には片付けを始め、21時までには室内に戻り、その後は雨音の中で静かに過ごしていました。また、2日目の日中は朝から夜まで外出しており、宿泊施設には不在でした。にもかかわらず、このような注意を受けたことに大変驚き、不快に感じました。私たちはルールを守っていたのに、誤解に基づいた指摘を受け、さらにその説明のために旅行中の時間を割かざるを得ず、楽しみにしていた旅行の気分が大きく損なわれました。それにもかかわらず、施設側からはその後一切の説明や謝罪もありませんでした。宿自体は悪くないのに、この対応のせいで大変残念な滞在になってしまいました。今後は、宿泊客に対してもっと丁寧で公正な対応をされることを望みます。
