El atractivo principal del hotel que es la terraza techada con vista frontal está cerrado. Tienen la terraza al aire libre pero había cucarachas y solo tiene vista al terreno baldío de a lado. No hay agua caliente y la regadera tiene una presión extraña que duele cuando te bañas. Rentamos habitación con mini cocina tienen estufa pero no cuentan con ningún utensilio ni si quiera vasos. Para finalizar el cuarto estaba plagado de hormigas rojas.

Nos quedamos 3 noches en 3 habitaciones diferentes y en 2 nonse hizo limpieza, había que solicitar jabon, papel higiénico y shampoo, y se molestaban, me facturaron el mismo día y la solicité claramente para otro día y aún no refacturan

La distancia a mi objetivo que indicaba la en la publicidad no es real. Para parque tangamanga mencionaba que estaba a 1.7 más o menos km de distancia y eran casi a 4 km. Acceso de terracería sin pavimento, salones de fiesta a un lado con música a todo hasta las 3 de la mañana, señal de wi-fi muy mala, el viaje fue para participar en maratón Tangamanga mi hora de levantarme 4:45 am. Terminal para tarjetas Bancarias con problemas para aceptarla. Eso sí la habitación muy limpia.
