Hostel SAMURISE 81INN

The staff were, friendly, helpful and willing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, both my room and the facilities. It is within an easy walk of the train and bus stations as well as Kawaguchiko Lakeside. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation, would definitely stay there again.

L’hébergement est propre et bien équipé, mais très mal insonorisé. Il est également bien situé, à proximité d’une gare et de commerces.

Clean, tidy, decent location 8 mins from station

Bed was so hard. Room backed on to main road. Unfortunately, even with being exhausted from hiking Fuji, i still didn’t sleep.

No front desk and lack of public spaces spoils the experience a bit. There was a confusion during my checkin and instead of answering my call or sending a clear email with checkin instructions, I had to spend 30 mins on whatsapp typing to the operator.

チェックインの際iPadで入力するのですが、予約取る際にも入れた個人情報を再度入力しないといけなくてそれがめちゃくちゃ手こずりました。 2段ベッドもグッラグラで寝返りをうつのも少し怖い感じ…。 熱消毒してるって書いてましたが、掛け布団カバーが本っ当に臭くてビックリしました。 生乾き臭とか汗臭いとかでは無い様なゴミ屋敷にこの布団ありましたか？みたいな本当に生理的に無理な臭いでした。 ファブリーズをしましたがなかなか取れず…。 ベッドメイキングしてる際に臭いなって思わなかったのかな…？ 後はファミリー部屋に泊まられる方に注意書きか何かして欲しいなって思いました。 ライブから帰ってきて友達同士テンションが上がられてるのか知らないですかみんな寝静まった夜中に大きな笑い声･大きな声での喋り声が聞こえてきました…。 車通るだけでも揺れたり、玄関の扉や階段を上る度に揺れたりするのでお値段が安いから壁も薄い点は仕方ないかなとは思いますが、チェックインした時にいらした男性の接客が良かっただけあってこの上記の数点はすごい惜しいなと思いました。 それ以外は施設系であんまり気になる所はなかったかなとは思います。 1部屋ずつにイラスト付きのメッセージも付いていていいホテルかなと思います。 気にならない方なら泊まるだけだしいいと思います！ 私も布団の異臭以外は泊まるだけなので安いしまた利用出来たらなとは思います。
